Steve Sullivan has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years, with the last 32 years working as construction consultant and expert. As a construction claims consultant, he has worked on the resolution of over 100 construction disputes for contractors, subcontractors, owners and developers. This work has involved:

  • US Corps of Engineer projects in Washington, Alaska and Indiana

  • US Federal Highway Administration Road Projects in Washington & Montana

  • US Federal HUD projects in Alaska, Arizona and Kentucky

  • US Veterans Administration Projects in Washington, California and Alaska

  • Work for the City of Los Angeles on the downtown 6th Street Bridge Reconstruction Project

  • Numerous State Department of Transportation Highway Projects in Montana, California, Washington, Idaho and Wyoming

  • Port of Seattle and Sound Transit Projects in the Puget Sound Area
